What is Reiki?
Reiki is a stress reduction technique that encourages healing of mind, body and spirit by facilitating a free flow of your body's natural energy system. It complements all healing modalities and can be a valuable part of your healthy lifestyle. During the session, you remain fully clothed on a massage table or chair while the practitioner's hands are placed lightly on, or slightly above, your body. Clients report feeling a deep sense of inner peace, relaxation, and pain reduction. Sessions typically last one hour, but other sessions are available at $1.00/minute.
